The Spanish rally driver Carlos Sainz is back in Saudi Arabia and in the second Rally Dakar in the Kingdom. He is back this year after coming in first in last year Dakar’s cars category, being Carlos’s third title in Dakar and by that being the eldest winner of the Rally’s history since 1978. In this occasion the 58-year-old Spanish rally driver said: “ I’m happy to be back on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s soil, with all of what it has to offer with its different terrains and climates, one has to prepare very well, commit less mistakes than the rest, to have an adequate vehicle, a good team and a skilled copilot.”
